This ad box is merely €25 per month when paid for by the year. On a month by month basis the price is €50 per month. You will find these boxes under some of the more popular headings on the left hand side menu bar. This price is guaranteed not to increase for the first 2 years for those who join our website before the end of 2005 thereafter our prices will reflect our new positionings in the search engines.

Estate Agents
As an estate agent you will be able to apply for a login account where you will be able to add your properties to our database free of charge. We offer two options on this method of advertising:-

1. Upon application we will give you access to our Agents Admin Suite whereby you can as many of your properties free of charge to our websites. You will be able to add/modify or delete any number of properties. We will not allow your contact details to be shown. all contact will be via our admin control who will forward your email automatically on each agent. In return for a succssful lead from our website we will expect a commission - to be agreed when registering.
2. Our second method is almost the same as above with the exception that we will allow your logo and all contact details to appear in the property adverts. All email enquiries will come to you in the same manner but we will not require any commission from any resulting sales, instead we will charge a set monthly fee of €50
